We ended up not needing the equipment, but they were diligent in trying to get it to us as efficiently as possible, which, if we HAD needed it for discharge, would have made the process much easier.

Although I had a great deal of problems with PacMed in years past, they have certainly improved!!! I needed a hospital bed and they got it right out to me. The man who set it up asked how high I wanted it and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about it.

At the same time I needed a mobility scooter. Poor PacMed had to come out weekly and sometimes more because it kept leaving me stranded. They changed parts on it, brought me new ones, but they were all from the same batch. Finally, they upgraded me to a better one and I haven't had a single problem with it. Although it wasn't their fault, the man in charge of the mobility department would even come after hours and at.one point have me his personal number so I could call if I got stranded. He went above and beyond to get me up and running.
