“I went to NAPA to get my mower parts after I previously went to Auto Zone and could not get any help from the employee s. I was the only customer in the store, but yet, I was ignored for 15 mins...when I finally interrupted whatever the employees were doing that was more important, I still could not get them to provide me with a link of reasonable (muchless knowledgable) service.... The lady at NAPA, however, was very helpful and courteous and provided me with great service! Thanks NAPA!”
