Flex Society

I recently purchased a 24/7 membership to Flex Society because commercial gyms overwhelm me and are usually over crowded. The gym offers different types of memberships/programs that will fit your budget and fitness goals. I previously trained at Flex Society prior to the recent remodel that was completed and let me tell you that the remodel is the best thing that’s happened to the gym. I am in love. There’s SOOO much equipment for every muscle group and also an outdoor area completed with turf and MORE equipment if you’re not into working out indoors. This gym is everything. At Flex Society the environment that the owners have created is unmatched. Everyone is treated like family. You can see how much love, hard work and dedication they have put into their gym to make it what it is. All I can say is if you are looking for a new gym to call home, look no further as you’ve already found it.

Janeth is an amazing trainer! She always pushes me to do more. And always keeps an eye out for good posture and makes sure I get the most out the work out 💪🏽

This gym is my favorite gym to work out at when I’m out in the East valley. Owners are very friendly and professional. I have been there before the upgrade and updated facility and you can tell they take pride in having a great gym. They also have a great mural in the outside area. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone wanting to find a gym to call their home.

Flex Society is an amazing place to workout and the staff is super helpful, encouraging, and friendly. I personally see Jon His group classes are challenging and fun they focus on strength training more than group classes I’ve tried which I love. He’s very helpful in the middle of your training from encouragement to adjusting your form. A plus side they sell shakes and tea which are absolutely delicious! Y’all gotta check them out!
