(February 16, 2020, 9:58 pm)One of my favorite dining experiences that I've had. We were promptly seated and Dylan was there to check on us within just a couple minutes. He didn't interrupt us at all, but still made sure we had everything at needed and was right there when we were ready to order. My glass was never empty and he even helped me figure out how to get what I was in the mood for even though it didn't really fit the menu. He was all over the place, but right there when we needed anything without us having to even once get his attention. I wish every dining experience was this enjoyable. They definitely know how to make people welcome and valued.
(January 24, 2020, 8:49 pm)Pamela was our server and she was phenomenal. Not many vegan options for myself but the service was great. We had an issue logging into the rewards for red lobster and the manager came over and quickly solved the problem. My family isn't vegan and they enjoyed all of their food as well. Great place to dine.
(January 7, 2020, 11:45 am)I have to admit I had preconceived notions about heavy sauces and fried seafood, but when I recently met a friend here, I was really delighted to find a selection of several fresh fish available cooked on the grill. I chose salmon and added a "New Orleans" sauce which wasn't really that New Orleans, but really delicious anyway, with tomatoes and shrimp. I also had broccoli included with the meal. All the food tasted very fresh and was prepared really well and not under- or overcooked.
(December 31, 2019, 10:51 pm)Visited for New Year's Eve, food and service were great! A variety of seafood options allows diners to create their platter. Dylan was friendly and efficient, definitely a return visit in the future! We enjoyed the Lobster Claw Bloody Mary with the claw, shrimp and Cheddar Bay biscuit, yum!
(December 21, 2019, 11:45 am)Delicious as always; Quiet atmosphere. The food was really good - better than usual - our server (Aleksandra I) was amazing; above and beyond! Ask for her.... Great staff too.
