Mi Casa Nursing Center

The staff here are very caring with my mom. My mom stayed here before, and she requested to come back here after her recent hospital stay. She says it feels like home and the food is really good.

I have been coming to Mi Casa for several years now.
The facility is always very clean and well-kept. I provide behavioral health services for two members at the facility, they have always expressed good things about staying at this facility. Staff is always very nice and helpful whenever I have a question.

For the most part the care is excellent. The kitchen crew could do better on their choice of food for diabetics and preferences of the patients. My husband doesn't eat eggs and they keep serving him eggs. He can't eat them so on those mornings he doesn't get any protein. The transportation department could do better on verifying doctor's appointments and transporting patient to the right place at the right time.

Very professional atmosphere, pretty much everyone is very friendly at the facility, except for one person. An older lady that is in the front desk, she's not unfriendly, but, has potential to be better, other than that, I'll give it 10.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My mom is here receiving long term care. She is cared for exceptionaly, and with compassion. I know she is safe.
I have been here as well, for almost 2 weeks rehabbing my new hip. I love them! I have had good, quality, compassionate care as well. I'm amazed! I recommend MiCasa totally! It is an amazing place. I am discharged today, and I feel like I'm losing family. Although I still get to see them visiting Mom. MiCasa is a really, really good place! Quality care with compassion. I could not have asked for more.
