Caliber Collision

I was very pleased with the work done by Caliber Collision. Everything from the drop-off experience, to the passion Gentry had for cars and his attention to keeping me updated through the process was excellent. I had only had my 2023 Integra for a couple months when I was rear ended, thankfully they repaired it as good as new.

My car was done a day earlier than expected which is always a good thing. Gentry kept me informed through the whole process. I got a text with updates and he even called me himself. Very impressed with his customer service and work! I would definitely refer to Caliber. The customer service all around was great.

Great place to get body work done. Big O hit a curb when I bought new tires then didn't tell me so I had to file a insurance claim.
They went above and beyond ended up painting and fixing the whole thing instead of the one little area of damage. I had some old rock chips they fixed. Brand new clear wrap the car looks new again. Low stress easy fix.

I took my car here after being rear ended and this shop was great. Nancy, at the front desk, was so sweet and answered all of my questions and helped a great deal with the rental car situation. Gentry called every Tuesday and Thursday with updates about my car and was great with answering all of my questions as well. He explained everything clearly and was so kind as well.

Caliber Collision is a great body shop. Nancy and Gentry did a great job from start to finish with my vehicle. The communication was great! Gentry called me twice a week to let me know the status and progress with my vehicle. The work on my vehicle was flawless. They did a great job and I highly recommend Caliber!
