“I highly recommend working with Josh for all of your real estate needs. We are currently in the middle of closing on a property with him and the experience thus far has been stellar. To start, we had a very specific criteria we needed to fit and knew there would be limited options and that the search could take a little longer to find the perfect fit. This is probably the best part of the whole experience- not only is Josh likable, he has a skill for having a happy medium to communicate to the other other agent our interest in the property without being overly aggressive or too laid back. He has also been able to arrange for several additional viewings for us to see the house as we make arrangements, which really is going the extra mile.
