“This is the best place to go if you want to feel better! Cannot recommend this place enough! Chiropractors can help with much more than back and neck issues. I was having debilitating acid reflux for over 3 months, to the point of having to sleep sitting up, having to stop working out, and not being able to eat most of the foods that I enjoyed eating. I was completely miserable. I had appointment after appointment with 2 different GI doctors and had almost every possible medical test done related to GI issues. They found nothing wrong. I had been to different chiropractors throughout my life so decided to consult Google to search for a chiropractor near me. That is how I found this gem! They have the best reviews for a reason. After just one appointment with Dr Bhatka I felt better than I had in months. He really listened to everything I had told him about my acid reflux saga and found the real issue. I was treated with some chiropractic adjustment as well as stim therapy. I learned a lot about muscle fascia which was the culprit and some easy ways to loosen it up myself. After a couple of visits with Dr Bhatka I also started seeing Lena for acupuncture to treat acid reflux and stress. After each visit with both, I felt even better. After 1 week of treatment, I was able to sleep in a normal sleeping position. After about 2 weeks I was back to running and working out. After 3 weeks I am able to sleep, workout, and eat whatever I want while taking no acid reflux meds. I have no acid reflux, zero! This place changed my life. Dr Bhatka and Lena are THE BEST! Thank you both so much! I feel like a new and improved person :)”

“After having packed on 10 pounds per year over the past decade, I started an exercise program and after two months found that I wasn’t losing weight. My wife recommended I check out a weight loss program and told me that Jenny Craig is top-tier because of the quality, taste and convenience of their entrees and desserts. I met with a counselor who had a menu plan laid out for me. I was able to make substitutions to better suit my taste and to choose items that I could take with me during my travels. My wife was right about the food. It is excellent. More than that, Jenny Craig is a balanced and healthy diet. Yes, the entrees and desserts are small but my Jenny Craig counselor encouraged me to frequently fill up on fruits and vegetables as a nutritious way to keep me feeling full throughout the day. I never felt deprived. I kept coming back to the Power Road location every week to meet with a counselor to discuss the past week and to gain advice on how to approach eating on holidays, birthdays or trips during the upcoming week. I continued my exercise program and we would even discuss my fitness goals. Then came the weigh in. Every counselor at the Power Road location without fail gave me words of encouragement following the weigh in and helped me choose my food for the upcoming week. With this great help, I met my weight loss goal. But I am still seeing a counselor for free. Jenny Craig provides a maintenance program for a full year and is in the process of refunding my original program fee as long as I continue to maintain my weight loss. I visit on a monthly basis to do a weigh in and to discuss my diet and exercise program. I am grateful to have met the fine counselors at Jenny Craig Power Road who not only understand the process of losing weight but also understand the science behind keeping the weight from coming back.”
