I had a house fire and it was my first claim ever with an insurance company and I thought I knew it all. Spoiler alert: I didn't. Tried to argue my way through the claim until I realized that I needed help; the insurance company was not budging and they saw past my pretend-lawyer talk. Then enters Dan and magic starts happening. Insurance company starts listening, they also start paying and construction starts constructing. Amazing.

The only thing I regret about this company is not calling them sooner! Why didn't I call sooner? Well I had no idea what a public adjuster was and was skeptical about the entire idea - big mistake! The ball was definitely on the insurance field in the beginning of this until Dan stepped in.
