He's very considerate and knowledgeable and treated my expensive new air conditioner with kit gloves including not putting any scratches on it. He fixed my air conditioner expertly. He walked gently on my old roof as well! He will also be coming a couple of times a year to maintain my air conditioner properly with preventative maintenance and cleaning.
