(November 12, 2019, 1:25 pm)Please answer your phone. i like people in service professions & try to consider the good they do, more than how they miss the service "target." the care I received during my appointment with the respiratory therapist was excellent. when the robocalls & voicemail phone tag finally ended, the people I spoke with on the phone were professional & asked clarifying questions to ensure they were helpful in resolving my concerns. Valley respiratory is a company that would be a 5 star company if they answered the phone, rather than managing with voicemail. I want to like them & I want them to be successful, because the health and well being of their patients depends on their efficient effectiveness in actually speaking with patients & actively resolving care, supply delivery & billing needs. Please answer your phone.
(October 30, 2019, 5:43 pm)I received a robocall and tried to place an order on the call. I was turned down by a robot; when I called in I got a rep fairly quickly and he helped me. If the supplies show up, I'll be happy.
(July 20, 2019, 4:40 pm)I was concerned about going here due to the low rating. However, I couldn't be happier after picking up my CPAP machine. Candy, from Valley Respiratory, called me after my doctor's office had contacted them regarding my need for a CPAP. She set up my appointment with Mona, my respiratory specialist, for three days out to pick up my equipment. When I met with Mona, she explained everything to me in detail and made sure that I understood how everything worked. It all went so smoothly that I couldn't have been more pleased. I'll let you know how it goes when I need to get supplies, but since Mona made sure to instruct me on that process as well, I don't believe I'll have any issues. Very happy with the whole experience!
