(September 19, 2020, 5:17 pm)Amazing experience with them today. We ordered a custom cake 10 days ago, but when we got there to pick it up today, our order had been misplaced! They found our invoice and were extremely apologetic, and then it was all hands on deck. I was a little upset and worried it would end up looking rushed, but not only was it done earlier than they promised, the quality far exceeded my expectation. They more than made up for the error, and their cakes are beautiful and delicious. I will definitely go back.

The candy was placed just right, the chocolate drip was spot on and the colors of the rainbow buttercream was beautiful! The price for that cake was awesome too. Thanks Sugarlips Cakery, for helping me deliver on a promise all the way from Cleveland, Ohio! You guys are AWESOME!! ❤️
