I usually have to wait quite a long time being placed on hold waiting to speak with a representative. That is the reason for not providing a five star review; phone system challenges. During my last interaction, the customer service representative was very helpful, provided concise information, answered all my questions, and resolved the issue in question. Great job!

So far point of contact and any cones have been timely addressed and in a easy manner. 👍 Many companies are far to expensive and WM has exceeded in honoring their prices and working to make our service a smooth transition.
