“After blowing out my tire on very hot and dusty Arizona freeway and then shredding it getting to safety, I began what I already knew was going to be a fool's errand to try and find and install a replacement tire for my '08 A4 Audi - definitely NOT a run of the mill car in the greater Phoenix area. With not feeling well and needing to be at the medical center twice a week for treatments and not much time or patience for this "challenge" I began calling around only to find my worst fears confirmed: no tires in stock and up to 2 weeks to order and install. Given the spare was not too reliable, I came to realize that the rest of my tires were on the verge of the same fate and needed to be replaced as well. So I turned again to MY ALL TIME TRUSTED AND RELIABLE PEPBOYS. Monty, the store manager and the team have been the closest to my most trusted garage I used for service for decades back in Cleveland. And when we relocated to the Mesa, AZ area 3 yrs ago, this team has been SO WONDERFUL in caring for our cars to the point where they have turned away unnecessary service to our cars that other places said we ABSOLUTELY HAD TO DO. And even though they were training new team members and so busy, they came to my rescue, as well as several other customers by the amount of people dropping off cars when I was there, by finding me a very good deal and doing it quickly (in the same day!) and getting me back on my way in safety with peace of mind. I've always done my own work on my cars so I know when I can trust a mechanic. And I truly trust these guys; they have a small local shop feeling under a national name roof. And I am a fan for life!”

“I would recommend this glass shop to anyone! I don't usually write reviews but I got my window tint done here a few years ago and came back recently to get my glass replaced. I have had no issues with my tint and it still looks great. This time they replaced my windshield. They got the claim all set up with my insurance and also were able to get me in the same day!! Johnny replaced my windshield and got me out of there within 45 minutes! Highly recommend this place for tint or glass repair/replacement!!!”

“Mike just completed a major service on my 2016 Toyota Truck with 89,000 miles. Transmission was getting noisy with hard shift. He changed my transmission fluid, did a comolete coolant flush, differential fluid change and scheduled synthetic oil change. Job was done carefully with attention to details. Wow, what a difference! My truck runs so much smoother. This wasn't the best part. I called few Toyota dealerships and so surprised his prices was almost 40% cheaper!! 40%!!!!!!!! I don't know how this guy does it when he is using the best and OEM parts! I think it's in his work pride and providing trust to his customers and not just one-time price gouging like so many untrusted auto repair shops. Thanks Mike, I have found my go to repair shop now!
