“Took my 2011 Kia Soul in for an oil change and vehicle inspection. (I want to keep this car forever, so maintenance is a high priority for me.) Would very much recommend. Don and Chris were very professional through the whole process, from making the appointment to driving out the door. Appreciate the text message reminders. They honored a coupon I had previously. They started and finished my appointment right on schedule. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary water, soft drinks, and popcorn...not essential but nice. I was able to observe their interactions with other customers, which were courteous and professional. Honored my request not to have tires rotated. No high pressure, just pointed out potential future needs. Left with a car in good condition AND newly washed! Would highly recommend, especially for women who might feel a little uncomfortable in that kind of setting. All of my questions were addressed, and with respect. Costs were reasonable. Five stars!”

“Our generator was running poorly then stopped running. We were only in the valley for a couple of nights so I needed someone to fix it and do its 500 hour service. I did a search and found Gene's. They were able to accomadte us in the time we needed. Mike was very professional, knew the ins and out of our generator. The pricing was fair and the work was great! When Mike found out we were only able to run one air conditioner with the generator running, he fixed that too! Gene's is the place we will be using for all future work that needs to be done. Our vehicle was having shifting trouble, little did we know it was due to a leak caused by work another shop did a couple weeks before. He fixed it for us, and when the leak started happening again a couple months later, he fixed it again free of charge. They were extremely professional and did a thorough job on my chip repairs, explaining how it worked and when the windshield would be ready for a wash. Besides the great service I received, I had actually a scheduled appointment on a Thursday for Friday to fix a single chip repair. After the appointment was made I received a call from the owner (forgive me I forget his name) about an hr later stating that he could actually fit me in that day if I was available. I informed him that I was and that he would be by shortly. When he arrived he started repairing the chip i had called about and noticed an older chip and said he would have left over supplies and could fix the 2nd chip at no cost. “I'm all about timing & if any tire shop does their service at a good pace it would be here at Chano's Tire Shop. Not too fast & not too slow. Came here to put some tires I found on offer up on my yonke truck after getting a flat and driving with my spare tire on. Their service was faster than expected and the owner even took the time to inspect my truck for any repairs needed prior to an alignment after I asked to set up an appointment. Sadly my truck wasn't ready for one but thanks to them they wrote down a list with all the worn out parts that are recommended to have replaced beforehand in order to get proper alignment done. Once I get parts needed I'll definitely be returning here to have these auto repair experts get the jobe done. 👍💯”
