“If I could give 6 stars, I would. Here's the deal. I'm 35 years old and I've never been inside any gym...ever. Wanting to take my health journey to the next level, I walked into Anytime Fitness. I kid you not, the level of pure support I felt from the 1st second I walked in, from strangers no less, was insanely overwhelming! These people didn't know me and I certainly don't have the body of a person who is accustomed to going to the gym. Yet, they were kind, understanding, and more than willing to help me. I met and had my 1st ever workout with Dalton. He was there every step of the way. He did a great job explaining and demonstrating each thing we did. He never once pulled out his phone, or left me to talk to anyone else. He watched my form and critiqued me when I needed it. All while positively pushing and supporting me to be my best, but also making sure my workout wasn't too much either. As for the atmosphere, they have music playing but it isn't so loud you can't hear people talk or that it drowns out your own ear buds. The facility is clean and organized and there are sanitation wipes everywhere so you can clean your area before and after you're done. I very highly recommend you check this gym out if you're even slightly considering joining one!”
