“I highly recommend working with Josh for all of your real estate needs. We are currently in the middle of closing on a property with him and the experience thus far has been stellar. To start, we had a very specific criteria we needed to fit and knew there would be limited options and that the search could take a little longer to find the perfect fit. My father has moved in with us so that we can care for him, so we needed something that would offer him some space of his own, not to mention space for our two small children and 11 rescue pets of all species! The challenge to find the “one” was definitely there for us. Remarkably, Josh found several properties that could suit our needs by taking extra steps to change certain details on the search criteria to make sure we saw every possible property out there; a simple yet smart move- without this we would not have had our future home pop up! He was able to get us in to every place very quickly to view, and a bonus was discovering that he is also a general contractor so he could objectively advise on ideas we had to make changes as we walked each property. When we finally got to see our dream home, Josh knew we needed to act quickly especially in this current market! This is probably the best part of the whole experience- not only is Josh likable, he has a skill for having a happy medium to communicate to the other other agent our interest in the property without being overly aggressive or too laid back. This approach is certainly what helped us close the deal, especially when there were multiple offers to consider! All communication with him has been prompt and he has let us know which documents to expect and when and has followed through with every step. He has also been able to arrange for several additional viewings for us to see the house as we make arrangements, which really is going the extra mile. All in all, we couldn’t be happier to have found Josh, and can honestly say he has made what is normally a very stressful and long process into something actually enjoyable. The experience this gym has is incredible with 4 black belts, and not to mention others who are excellent teachers! I’m currently a white belt, and my BJJ skills have been significantly changed because of the coaching, teaching, other students, and general atmosphere here. They offer so many different training times! This place is definitely your gym, whether you are new or an experienced competitor or just looking for self defense! “I’ve been going to this WIC clinic since I was pregnant with my first baby girl. There is a lady name Monica that works there, she has been there since I can remember. I absolutely love her, she goes above and beyond for me every time and today she continues to do as she always does. I had a recertification appointment that I missed IN FEBRUARY. There is so much going on that I just threw WIC on the back burner but I called today because I am in need of an benefits. The First Lady I spoke with said there isn’t an appointment until Tuesday, a week from yesterday. I told her I really need benefits today but she was able to get me an appointment for tomorrow morning, over the phone because that’s how you do it with covid. So that was that. No more than 20 minutes later my phone rings and there’s miss MONICA. She did my certification right then and told me I would get another call and have benefits TODAY. I pray she is blessed throughout life. She’s amazing every time but this time she went above n beyond for me. Bless this woman.”

“I highly recommend this location! The food and service were both really great. I came here with my girlfriend pretty late at night and we both got the 3 piece meal. The chicken was nice and crispy, as were the fries. The bread that came with it was toasted perfectly and was absolutely delicious. When we were just about finished eating, one of the employees came and asked if everything was to our liking and if there was anything else they could get for us. “Went here from 4-8th grade (10-6 years ago) and overall, it was a major stepping stone in my education. I got to take some accelerated courses which in the long run helped me in college, plus you get to make a lot of good friends (many of which I’m still great friends with today) because everyone in your grade knows each other well. I’m not giving it 5 stars cuz the quality of teachers was pretty hit or miss. Mr Taylor Mr Alexander and Mr Redland were great and I gotta credit them big time for developing my interest in STEM related topics. If your kid gets a chance to go here, send them.”
