“The food was great, and my husband liked their beer selection. We were a group of four and three enjoyed Kentucky Bourbon burgers and fries. I was the lone duck that tried their chicken sandwich with fresh spiraled potatoes transformed into the thinnest, crispy, freshly made chips I've ever had. If I had a do-over, we would have selected a basket of chips over the onion rings we ordered as an appetizer. I must mention our excellent server. She even snapped our picture when I was attempting to get all of us in a selfie 🤳.”

“I had the chicken enchiladas combination. It comes with beans and rice. I ordered it to go and was pleasantly surprised that it came in a sealed bag! If you ever ordered from a delivery service and had your order sampled by the driver you will love this feature! Other surprises were strong plastic utensils and a bag of their chips and 4 little containers of their salsa red and green. The enchiladas were delicious as were the beans and rice. I also really enjoyed the salsas and chips. I have never cared for green salsa before but, I loved theirs! It's sweet with some heat. I will definitely be back.”

Branched out and tried a new dish from my usual and it was totally awesome! I would go here everyday for their salads. Their salads are one of the few I look forward to. Every dish tastes as amazing as they sound. I wish they would open one out closer to far east Mesa like around Signal Butte, Crismon, or Ellsworth so I could make that wish come true...so Sauce, please consider this my petition for a closer location:) 10/10 recommend Sauce.”

“I don’t get the bad reviews. My husband eat only at this location since it’s very close . Never had a problem. We went inside and the nicest man waited on us. Food was fresh and hot. “First off , service was excellent. The girl who took care of us was super friendly and really knew the menu. She was cheerful and that goes a long way with us. I ordered the mole enchiladas and it did not disappoint . Mole sauce is house made and was sooo good. Rice and beans were super good too. The chips and salsa were a perfect start. Music is kind of loud and more for the younger crowd (us) but not sure if I would bring my grandma here since she would probably not like the music. Other than that we had an awesome experience and we will be returning!”

“Maskadores is a really cool place with great food. I especially loved the green guacamole sauce. I am not normally a fan of that as I am a pico de gallo person but I tried all of their salsas and the light green guacamole sauce was some of the best I ever had. It does have a bit of a kick to it so don't get too reckless. The taco sizes were great and the pricing wasn't too bad. The people were friendly. They were weighing the tacos as they were making them and that kind of threw me back but I can respect the desire to have consistency.”

The food servings were quite large. The mushroom swiss burger tasted like it was actually steak meat. After walking past the waiting area, I did not expect to see and feel a elegant and relaxing atmosphere. “Late on Sunday evening and my wife and I were craving hotdogs. Tavo's Hot Dogs and Tacos surprised us with not only great tasting hot dogs but low prices and kind staff. This was a last-minute decision as we sid a search for hot dogs in our area, and Tavo's came up. Tavo's is a food truck that is open on East Apache Blvd just east of Hawes Rd. As the name says, hot dogs and tacos are the fare. I ordered 2 sonoran style hot dogs, and my wife had a plain hot dog with mustard. They were perfect! The buns were lightly toasted but fresh bread buns. Nothing can ruin a hot dog quicker than a stale or old bun. Tavo's doesn't make that mistake. Fresh toasted hot dog buns are perfect. The ingredients inside are even better. The hot dog is made perfect and piping hot. The ingredients on my Sonoran dog included grilled onions, diced tomatoes, whipped guacamole sauce, mustard, and more. Wow. Excellent flavors. It's tasty but not too spicy. Finished off with a fresh grilled jalapeño on the side! A bite of the pepper goes well with a bite of the hot dog, or if you don't want the spice, ignore the grilled jalapeño. The prices were excellent as well. Each hot dog is only $4. Very reasonable! You can get a hot dog with fries for just $7. This little hot dog and taco stand was a blissful little stop . If you get a chance to stop by (Weds through Sunday evening 4pm-9:30pm), do it. You won't regret it!”
