“I ordered a book for a class that would be going on to the hotel that the class was to be held. Icontractor.net did everything they were supposed to do to have the book reach the destination in time to be received for the class. For some reason Fed EX decided it wasn't important enough to deliver overnight as expected and Paid for! I was unable to get any help form FED EX (not surprising at all) so I contacted icontractor.net via FB since I could not get through via phone. Luckily I got Fernando to answer the message although the business itself was closed. I explained to Fernando how the book was needed as ordered and that because it was not delivered on the day expected, we would no be there to receive it, because we were checking out Sunday, the book was due Saturday morning and Fed Ex had it scheduled for delivery on Monday. Fernando, took care of if refunding the full amount of the book in addition to the shipping cost without penalty. Fernando also followed up with me to make sure that I in fact received my refund and made provisions for me to get free shipping when I reordered the book. Fernando was an absolute pleasure to work with, the customer service was above and beyond and I felt secure that everything would work out exactly as he said it would and it did.”

She informed me that they do not charge for second opinions, and I had the x-rays emailed over to her and we set up an appointment. My husband loves this dental office, and said Dr. Bob is amazing, very down to earth, takes the time to explain what the issues are and the best form of treatment. No upselling, nor claiming unnecessary procedures. He made my husband feel comfortable. Needless to say, we will both be new patients at Cactus Dental Care! “Best donuts in the valley. They're always fresh and have the perfect amount of glaze (not too sweet). They also have the best sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit of all of the places I've tried. My fiance said their lunch sandwiches are amazing. Their coffee drinks aren't very good (coffee tasting) though. The mocha drink I got tasted like liquid sugar. Employees are always very nice and the line so far has never been very long or taken very long to get through.”
