“I just have to say thank you to Randy and his team for saving the day. I had paid someone A LOT of money to rebuild my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 and after 6mo of waiting for it to be finished, I found out the person basically stole my money and did nothing to the vehicle. This truck is very special to me as it was the first vehicle I bought and paid off by myself, so I didn't just want to chalk it up to a loss and sell it. “This is a great second hand store. The furniture is beautiful. The owners were really patient with my wife as she tested a sowing machine for like an hour to make sure it worked well. They helped as much as possible and even lowered the price $10. The best part for me is the toilet paper inside the bathroom. It was so soft and gentle to the skin which helped cause I came in with some allergies and needed to blow my nose multiple times.”

“Picking out paint is a whole world within itself! First the sample paint card, getting a sample of that paint, applying it to your wall only to realize it looks completely different due to several reasons. “We would like to thank and commend your manager Mr. Ernie Moreno for his help and patience in helping us solve a delivery problem from another Ferguson store. We waited all day Friday for the delivery of a cast iron tub for our second floor bathroom remodel and it didn't come. The plumbers were going to come on Monday to install it and we had had to wait for an opening from them. By Saturday I was very upset that if we couldn't find the tub, we would be too late for the plumbers. We went to the nearest Ferguson location and Ernie was doing a Sat. rotation at this store where he doesn't usually work. Even though I was upset he treated us respectfully and then went above and beyond, to solve the problem which he had no part in creating. He managed to find the tub and get it delivered in time for the plumbers. Our bathroom is all done and we are very happy with the beautiful tub.”
