“When I first moved in the complex (sept 2018) was named Modern on Peoria. The office was all over the place. Maintenance was lazy. Poor security. Gym was certain hours. Pool area was outdated. Units were not “luxury” even though they were supposedly updated. In February/March 2019 I believe someone else bought the complex and now it’s named Moxi. First I want to start by saying the office staff is so friendly and always willing to work with my boyfriend and I! Maintenance is quite handy! They are quick when it comes to a request and they know what they’re actually doing. All units are being upgraded and they look stunning! Security is very important to us and they have really improved from the last owner. Moxi has a whole new gate system which we love! And we now have an actual security guard on site. So awesome. The gym is open 24/7! Pool area looks awesome! So nice hanging out there during the summer time. Our lease was up at the end of September and with all the new changes we just had to stay!”
