“Update: Dennis did reach out to me and reimbursed me for what his labor charge would have been. I updated this review to 4 stars as I think the communication could be improved. He is a 1 man shop and the quality of work and professionalism was great on the original installation. He no longer services my area. Had a water heater installed October 2019. It started leaking. Left 3 messages and still no response. Been without hot water for 4 days. Finally contacted another plumber that can service the unit under warranty.”
