I saw some haters in other reviews mention dry cookies or "needs more frosting" sounds like they ordered an amazing cookie and expected cake. These cookies have always been phenominal. The people running this shop are very nice and deliver excellent customer service (something I don't come into contact with often anymore). I would give 10 stars if I could.”
