  I had an AC unit on the brink of failure. This is not an option during AZ's hot summers. Reaction Air inspected my AC unit, and gave me options for repairs as well as new units. The prices for new unit options were so reasonable, I went ahead and purchased a brand new unit. Tony was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was even out at the house just a few days later and completed the install all in one day. He even repaired some previous botched work done by someone else from a different company. Plus, Reaction Air gives a great warranty on their units. Tony was a pleasure to work with. I plan to use Reaction Air from now on for all my AC repairs and new installs.

  Tony from Reaction Air is truly dedicated to make his company the best HVAC specialist in the area. He has been most helpful all along our project (air conditioning our 700 sq.ft. garage) with excellent advice. The installation was on time, on budget and very clean. The system has been performing flawlessly ever since the installation in April of 2019. His attention to the customers’ needs is second to none.

  We have had both our units replaced by Reaction. One in 2018, the other in 2019. Could not say enough good about Tony and his crew. They were on time professional and fast. They did a great job on the install and left no sign of the major work when they were done. Our house was clean and the shelves removed for install were back up like they were never moved.
  The only bad thing I can say is that the units they installed are so good, and they did such a great job there will be no reason to do business with them again for the next 15 years.

  We used Reaction Air to install new HVAC systems in our house and casita. Tony showed up at the exact time he promised. . He went through both systems and had the proposal to us the next day. His install crew was very professional and had the systems installed in one day. After the install the crew thoroughly cleaned up the work site and removed all the old material. When testing the systems,Tony discovered that one of the control boards was shipped defective from the factory. The next day he picked up the new board and installed it..The system was up and running by 10:00. Reaction Air had very good pricing and great service. I would highly recommend them!

  After two other companies and a lot of money could not seem to solve the problem, we called Tony. He answered immediately and came out first thing in the morning. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and most importantly was able to fix the problem and so quickly. We are extremely pleased and impressed with his work that the others could not do. We will definitely recommend him to others. Please call them first before wasting time and money!
