(October 9, 2019, 8:30 pm)Rio Vista happens to be the fourth nursing facility that I've resided in, and is definitely the best one by far - I'm happy to call it my home. The staff, on every level, is kind and accomodating, from the cnas to the nurses, from the kitchen to upper level administative management, and each department in between such as activities to physical and occupational therapy - I can say with sincerity that the employees here are caring, and take the time to get to know their residents on an individual basis. I love the effort they make to give this place a warm empathetic personality, and an energetic vibe. When a facility pays such attention to these details, it shows! Thanks, Rio Vista, for living up to higher standards, and for being truly unique! You shine!

(May 29, 2019, 6:30 pm)Came and toured with Travis, we are looking for a place for my 95 year old mother who is currently living alone. Looking to move her into a long term facility within the next year and wanted to gather information. I had driven past this hundreds of times over the years and never knew what it was until my wife and I started looking. From the outside it doesn't look the most appealing, but for the age of the building, the inside was well taken care of and has an amazing church on site. Travis gave us all the information and then some, he informed us of the long term care insurance through Arizona and what we would need to do to help get approved through a spend down, and even recommended a great law group to help with the evaluations. Will definitely come back as we get closer to moving mom
(May 21, 2019, 11:55 am)While I do work here, I have also had a very close family member at the facility. When my grandma was diagnosed with cancer and given only weeks to live, it was no question where I was going to bring her. The staff took amazing care of her while she was at the facility, and I will always remember and appreciate that. This facility provides great care and is a great place to work as well!
