“excellent customer service. this morning I called the Sun Valley Medical store and said the big home oxygen machine they delivered yesterday was really loud.... a whine and compressor noise I didn't notice until the deliveryman left me in the silence of my reality SVM representative said I'll get replacement right out - no hesitation. Driver just left me with a temp replacement (he had a rental unit on his delivery truck) while they order/receive new permanent replacement unit. There's two classes, crossfit and fitness (more for beginners), and they are both physically challenging but can be modified for personal limitations. Everyone is friendly, and it feels more like a family unit than anything else. They have fun challenges from time to time as well. It's an all-around great place to go reach some goals! I wouldn’t bring a huge group of people here since it’s small inside but this would be a great place for a small group of friends or a couple to enjoy. There is no food here”
