Absolutely fantastic customer service. We were helped by Gary and James and they helped us pick the perfect piano. We were close to spending $3,000 on a Yamaha but they recommended we look at Roland and we found a way better option for way less money. They saved us a ton of money and got us a better piano at the same time.

I dealt exclusively with Gary Gordon at Riverton Piano Company in Peoria for my purchase of a Roland electronic piano. I believe that Gary has worked in the music business for a good deal of his adult life and he's very knowledgeable about not only the brands of pianos that he sells, but also about music in general. He is very easy to work with. I initially bought a Roland HP-704. I played it for a week and then decided that I wanted more control over how the instrument would sound. I took advantage of Roland's 3 yr upgrade window and chose the LX-706 which has a ton of options for tailoring the piano's sound, and now I'm a very happy camper. Given my good experience with Gary and Riverton Piano Company, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a piano purchase.

I'm so happy I found Riverton Piano Company by doing a map search. I tried a couple of other music stores first and the customer service was horrible. As soon as I stepped into Riverton and started talking to James I knew I had found the right place. His customer service is five star. He's been playing piano since age 4 and has a wealth of knowledge regarding all things piano. I could have spoken to him all day about the history of the piano and all the different variations available for sale. I had been researching pianos for several weeks to start lessons for our family as beginners. I am so excited about the electric piano I purchased and can't wait to use all the apps that accompany it. If there are any issues in the future I know James is just a text away to help out. Excellent service and fantastic products. Over the 2021 holidays I reached out to James at Riverton Piano in Peoria via the text app on their website with some general questions. James was quick to respond and answered all my questions. I had a rough idea of what I was looking for (a Roland digital piano) but with the current supply issues I wasn't sure what would be available and right for me. James' extensive knowledge helped guide me to the perfect piano for me. I placed my order just after Christmas and by the end of the week I had the most beautiful baby grand digital Roland piano in my living room. It looks and sounds just amazing and I truly could not be happier. The piano mover had everything setup and ready to go by the time he left and he also was 5 star.
