BigO continues to offer great service. I dropped my car off at 8am without an appointment and went to my office for work. Within two hours my car was done. They always accommodate me and are honest if they are too busy. The guys in the office are extremely friendly and helpful!

Quality customer service people who actually know their product very well. I went to Costco first but while I really like Costco as a retailer, their tire department leaves something to be desired, namely professionalism.
This location of a Big O Tires has great after the sale customer service as well. If you ever have your low inflation tire light come on, they’ll check your tires, air them up and reset the indicator. If that doesn’t solve the problem they take the extra steps to diagnose the problem

The service at the Danville Big O Tires have always been good and reliable. We’ve been taking all our vehicles for many years and they’ve consistently delivered excellent service. Ryan helped me recently and he was very knowledgeable, patient, and spent the extra time to identify the problem. He was able to order the part and repair the car on the same day without any delays. Thank you Ryan and your team for making sure that the vehicle is safe to drive.

Chris provided excellent customer service. He went out of his way above and beyond to take care of my scheduled appointment even when the shop was short-staffed that day. He is always pleasant and patient takes his time to explain everything to you.
