“I love this store:) I bought several pieces of furniture a mattress and a duvet cover from here recently and had a great experience!! The staff was extremely helpful and gave me there honest opinion on many things when asked and that was appreciated! I had one bedroom side table that was damaged and I notified the the store.. They ordered a new one and allowed me to keep the damaged piece that was completely functional until the new piece arrived. The delivery team was amazing! They were prompt and friendly and even came over to assist with moving a piece that was way to heavy for me to move alone...As you can see everything was handled well and I am very thankful and a satisfied customer! “We needed to get rid of the old stinky carpet in our of the rooms and replace it with something scratch and water resistant. Michelle came to our house and brought us samples to look at. Explained what need to be done and how long it would take. We got quote from a few other venders to compare before we hired Peoria Flooring because they have the best price, no fuzz, and got the work done really really fast and thoroughly. I was really impressed by their customer services and responsiveness to my inquiries. Two days after I put down my deposit they were able to start the job. Two guys came in the morning and worked for a good 8-9 hours. They did a fine job and now I have brand new flooring that I love love love. Our house needs a lot of updates. I will definitely use their services again in the future.”

The prices are fair and reasonable for the high quality products they sell here. Even their delivery workers are friendly and professional and they did a wonderful job setting up the large entertainment center and display cases I bought. “Esmeralda inside was fantastic with getting my agreement set up! I was a little disappointed with the gentleman who delivered and set up my bedroom furniture. My nightstand was damaged before they even left my home, a little wood glue can fix the issue but I felt they could have been a little more careful, the biggest problem I had was when they put the boxes in the dumpster without breaking them down, my apartment manager had to contact me to advise me of this and if I didn't fix the issue I would be fined since the dumpster was completely blocked by the boxes. Rent a Center sent someone out to handle this with out any issue so I am thankful for that and although this happened I was still happy with my overall service.”
