“The staff here is great and Dr. Treon is very friendly and attentive. He will have a conversation with you a remember details and also will check up on you after major procedures. I had a years of dental work that needed addressed and he helped me not to feel overwhelmed by creating a plan I was comfortable with. The Dental Hygienist has been taking care of my teeth for a few years now and has never made me feel bad or guilty but she has given me good tips to make future cleanings easier. I really appreciated Megan the billing rep, we had an issue with my insurance and she was able to resolve it and I was able to be seen. I did have a little breakdown 😢 because I thought I wasn't going to be seen bit Megan got me in and things went great from there. The hygienist gave my teeth and gums a deep, deep cleaning they felt like new teeth! My experience with Dr. Wildung the dentist was awesome, he explained everything he was doing, made sure I was comfortable in no pain and worked on my teeth. “Every time I've come to this location I have the best experience. This location sees less volume of patients than the downtown clinic so it's never as busy. The staff is very polite and respectful. One time I was running late and they called me to make sure everything was ok and we rescheduled immediately. The building is new enough that everything is still very nice inside and out, cleanest VA building I've been in.”
