Vans in Anthem does have great customer service. On 7/2 Devin helped with many try ons and looking in the back before getting the right pairs. So helpful and pleasant!

Amazing shoes for the best prices! Also don't forget to ask if they have extra colors or sizes in the back! Vans never fail!!

Customer service was great even though the store was really busy. They had a buy 1 pair of shoes get another equal or lesser value for 50% off so we bought two pairs. Cashier asked if we were Vans Family members (rewards program) and we weren't. Since this is our 2nd purchase there in 8 months for our growing pre-teen boy, I signed up. Lol! They gave me a coupon for $25 off a future purchase of 75 or more since I spent over $75. I will be back to get a few clothing and accessories items for the boy for Christmas.

Adding photos of shoes we picked this time to show what variety they carry but really they have SO many different patterns, styles, and colors in each size from toddler to grown ups.

Employees were friendly and helpful. One even asked if I wanted him to hold our 2 boxes of shoes at the front for us. That was super nice and we got to do a little more shopping hands free. I'd highly recommend this store. The prices are amazing compared to the Vans website too or department stores. Great balance of value to style.
