  Everytime I need something fixed Juan is always on it he is great to talk to and makes sure all of my maintenance concerns are repaired

  First off the maintenance team is ok and on time, most act like they don't want to work and do half fixed jobs but there is this one maintenance man named JESUS now he has a awesome attitude and definently gets five stars in my book, you can tell he loves his job and is truthful with you and fixes whatever the right way, very professional so definently a shout out to JESUS he's who I ask for when something is needed. We've been here 2 months already and yeah it is the desert so we found 1 scorpion but that's it no roaches. Our neighbors are very nice and quiet so no problem there, the community have very chill nice people living here. Haven't really talked to staff besides Anthony who is very cool.
