The man who picked up the vehicle, Antonio… he was so professional and provided incredible service and went above and beyond for us. This was the first time I’ve ever just let go of a vehicle like this but needed to cause of the condo parking availability so it worked out perfect but I was a little confused on what the process was at the time. The staff member who reached out to me was incredibly arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of maybe just explaining the process, they retorted with a bunch of child-like phrases and quotes. Honestly, this review made the 5 star rating because of Antonio! He was awesome and was so nice and was super friendly. It was nice dealing with him. Stand up guy!
