During the process of moving it out of our friend's beautiful house Jim took every precaution to prevent damage to both the piano and the house. Same with securing it in our U-Haul, using redundant strapping and padding to make absolutely sure nothing would happen during the 100-mile trip home. Lori was flexible in setting up her crew to meet the semi to handle delivery, offload, inspection, moving of old equipment and expertly placing the new equipment. Watching $100k piece of equipment suspended 4 feet off the ground is stressful. Their expertise is second to none and takes the stress out. First of all, the prices are comparable if not MORE affordable than do it yourself storage. “I received a call from an Accurate rep to schedule an appointment for some items I purchased through Costco to be delivered to my home with 2 1/2 hr. window consistent with my work schedule a few days ago. No one showed up or called me back, so I called them later that night. It still shows Awaiting Delivery Appointment on their website. I spoke with Jason Osborn at Accurate who was going to schedule delivery with a 4 hour window today, forcing me to have to take more time off of work, for their mistake. I advised to just return the items to Costco and that I would stop ordering online from them in the future. Jason quickly turned the whole situation around and with management approval was able to assign my items for delivery late last night. Jason is a fine example of what Customer Service should be all about and the fact that he and his company went above and beyond to turn my purchase into a positive experience is exemplary and just unheard of anymore. I highly recommend Jason, Accurate management and the delivery guy for their outstanding efforts. Thank you!”
