Rubio's

Beautiful new hotel. Rooms are very nice. Staff very friendly. Quick elevators. 100% pet friendly. Quiet end of the boardwalk. Only down side is that even though it is 100% smoke free, people smoke on their balconies but I am sure that happens at many hotels. Would still highly recommend.

Very good staff, very clean resort. The manager Matthew was amazing, we ran into an issue where our car tire was punctured and leaking air, and Matthew treated our situation as if it were his own car. He changed the tire himself, and took the car to the repair shop and had our car fixed within just a couple hours. It was with this great customer service we decided to stay another night at the Hyatt, and are absolutely coming back for the resorts great experience. Best Hotel ever!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights over the weekend. The staff is amazing, genuinely kind, and provided the best experience for us! We stayed on the penthouse level in three rooms. They were all immaculate, well stocked, and made us feel like we were at home. My teenagers loved the pool. I look forward to visiting Virginia Beach again soon and already know the Hyatt Place will be my choice! I also wanted to also acknowledge Wendy. Her customer service was impeccable! Check in was a breeze and it’s always nice to be welcomed with a smile. Thank you all for such an amazing weekend! I will recommend this hotel to everyone I love!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Most importantly - it’s clean and the staff is so hospitable. It’s a new hotel and there’s a few newly-opened kinks to work out. Maintenance was super responsive to our requests. Quiet room. Great view. Bar drinks reasonably priced. Nice breakfast options. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Didn't realize this place had just opened days before our arrival, so everything was brand new.
The customer service is top notch. Currently there is no parking but they offer valet parking around $7 to $8 a day. It's worth it as I drove around the area at all times a day from 10am to midnight and valet was still available!!
Buffet breakfast is good.....but it's Virginia Beach....so many places to venture out for eats in town.

Was nice. Food was very good. Place was nice, clean. I hadn't been IN a Rubio's for probably 5 years.
