(June 12, 2023, 9:03 pm)I love to come to Bath And Body Works in the Norterra area whenever I have time to! Many various items to choose from and very good smelling. The staff is pretty welcoming and the store isn't crowded. I always used to go to the one in Arrowhead Mall but I found out that there was one here, closer to where I live actually and that helped a lot. A little expensive but still so worth it to buy. If you're trying to find a nearby retail store selling soaps, lotions, fragrances, and candles then you should definitely go to this one.

(June 18, 2022, 8:07 pm)The Norterra location is the best one I've visited. The staff do not pressure you to make a purchase and they don't follow you around. And they don't shame you if your coupon percentage is low because you don't frequent Bath & Body enough to have a better coupon.
I was bummed the sale of candles at 50% off, it didn't include all the candles. The signage didn't say only certain candles were 50% off. Of course the two I chose were full price. The cashier did ask to have a similar candle brought to me to exchange, but the sent of the candle was too sweet.
(May 11, 2022, 11:13 pm)The vibes in this store are immaculate! Instantly when my BFF and I walked in, we were greeted by two employees who were extremely friendly. We were looking at the display in the front which was phenomenal and beautiful. We were wowed. Everything was neat and organized. Not only that but when we went to check out the employee let us know about a GREAT deal they had going on! After some consideration we went back into the store and team lead Cheryl helped us with no issue. We were very grateful and left the store happy! Thank you to all the staff in the store, you made our night. 5 stars!
