“It's intense but not to intense to handle. I feel fully worked and exhausted, but in a good way. The instructors encourage you all throughout the hour and help you to keep your form on the weight floor. I feel like the trainers genuinely care about the work out. No way would I get as good or even close to this work out if I went to a regular gym on my own. I feel happier and healthier.”
