I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service treatment I recieved from Steve Poje, Store Manager. I am from NH and miscalculated the time difference at the time of my call. Mr Poje took my call before the store even opened answered all my questions and concerns about my order. He was proactive by handling my order verbally, ensured me he'd email me my receipt and send one by mail. We received our mattresses quickly and had the time this weekend to inflated them. They (we ordered a King & Full size medium (firmness) mattresses) are beautiful, very impressed with the quality and oh that cooling to the touch on the Aurora to die for. For the first time in a longtime I had the best night's sleep. My husband said it's like sleeping on a cloud.
