“I have lived in the Boulevard Apartments since 2010 and feel the community had made consistent improvements over the last 10 years. They have continued to improve the amenities and common areas throughout the years. There are so many residents that have lived here for 8+ years. That alone says a lot about the community! I personally love the staff and maintenance crew. They have always been helpful and responsive to all my requests. PROS: Beautiful and pretty quiet community, TONS of extra parking, great amenities, friendly staff and maintenance team. CONS: The only complaint I really have is that not everyone picks up their dog waste, but I think that happens at all apartments. Also wait to wash your car until Tuesday, because the lawn guys love to blow dust everywhere.”

“Awesome place! We sat outside on the patio next to the fire pit and enjoyed great service and a friendly server, Alexandria. Definitely a great place to have a date ;) We had burgers, a salad and fries and I was really surprised to see that they actually cooked my burger to a perfect medium well-done! And you can't go wrong with their wing specials. Took advantage of the the Thursday bone-out wing deal and it totally hit the spot. Definitely will be coming here again!”
