“Richard came by my place bright and early 8am today. He called me to let me know he was outside and then he was courteous when I greeted him. He was very professional and told me the job would take about a half hour. That sounded great to me. I went inside to get ready for work and in less than a half hour he called me to tell me he was finished. I was very happy to get this finished. I thought my day would revolve around my car window to being repaired, but I actually barely noticed it being done.”

“This company hands down is the best! Had an issue and got Absolutely screwed by another company by over $500. They didn't fix the problem and had Chad come out and he actually listened to me and didn't try to sell me something. He showed me what the problem was and explained why it was happening. He explained what he was doing to fix it and showed me what to expect in the next few days. here i am a week later and my issues are fixed only wish i would have called them the first go around.”

“A really nice atmosphere. They have numerous types of sauces. The red one in the picture is jalapeno ketchup and the light brown on is what they call a fry sauce. They have homemade chicken nuggets which was really good. The bar/waitress was super nice and attentive. We also got there 1/2 pound toso burger with bacon and the chicken philly sandwich.”

“While the area has a serious homeless/addict population, that's to no fault of the hotel or it's staff. My fiance and I have been here for a year and a half and the staff are amazing, caring and helpful. Contrary to a what we expected to see based on reviews we read before renting here, we have not had a problem with bugs. They do bbl# monthly pest control, and as long we reasonably clean up after ourselves we don't see more than maybe 1-2 roaches a month MAX (which given that it's a monthly hotel in a rough are of Phoenix, you're bound to see one now and then). Full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, comfy chair, desk and snacks at the front desk. This place has come to feel like home, and the monthly/weekly prices are great compared to the rest of the hotels in the area, especially considering the amenities included. Best place we've stayed! Thank you Extend-a-Suites staff! Love you guys!”

As a woman, he treated me with deep respect and explained all the details of the repair so clearly and I as so impressed with the business atmosphere which was so warm. The receptionist was terrific, also. The pricing was reasonable, as I had gotten another quote. Some minor extra cosmetic work was included and the car was returned freshly washed and looked great.”

“Where do I begin.... I've been here for a little over 3 years now and it's been a awesome community of people and staff. The property is well maintained, very quiet, friendly neighbors and very professional management. Hannah, the property manager is amazing, she's very helpful and really takes interest in others opinions, she's smart, very very caring, will help you in any possible way that she can, she's absolutely beautiful and loved by many in the community. Yeah the rent is a little expensive but where else are you going to find better quality apartments for cheap? It's all because of inflation but that's neither here nor there. Anyways I love where I live and plan on staying here for many years to come and I highly highly recommend coming in to speak the Hannah about getting a unit. Again she's so amazing and helpful an will work with you if you have any problems or concerns.”

“Legacy has beautifully completed various jobs for me and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my roofing repairs. Frank was highly recommended to me from the veteran community and for good reason. Initially the flat part of my roof blew off and rain started pouring into my balcony, which leaked into my bedroom. He quickly dispatched a wonderful team to fully replace that section of my roof with a high quality membrane quickly for a reasonable price with warranty. It’s almost been two years and still flawless despite frequent harsh weather. They also replaced the damaged plywood in the balcony, sealed a leak around a stovepipe, and replaced wood that had been damaged during two separate beehive removals. Recently the shingled roof started blowing off in a microburst and Frank was indescribably helpful babysitting me as I stumbled through my first insurance claim on my first house. The reroof went smoothly despite the house being in an inconvenient area where all materials had to be moved by hand rather than by crane, and looks immaculate after already facing many freezes and heavy storms. Crews are always skilled, efficient, timely, respectful, and reliable; they take extra care to leave the place spotless. Frank is great company, upfront, thorough, and honest. You will not regret entrusting him with your business!”

“Aside from a bit long timeline; the Clines team was great. Leslie on the phone is incredibly polite and does her best to return calls as soon as possible. Wade, I’m assuming the owner, is super chill and was great to work with. Our install date was a bit behind but the quality of work was great, the guys who installed for us were cool and cleaned up after the install. As busy as the market is now - Clines is a great choice for stone install.”

“Love Angry due to its uniqueness and atmosphere. Great cajun-style seafood, hostesses are welcoming, servers are excellent (Mark took great care of us this last time).
