I frequently shop at Big 5 and have visited a number of their locations in the valley but this location is one of the best I have been too.

Always super clean, easy to find stuff, just the right amount of inventory so you don't feel overwhelmed shopping for a particular item, and in a great location for that area. -- Easy parking & other shopping locations.

Lately shopping at an actual retail location has become less and less desirable with the constant encounters with rude employees and less maintained shopping areas but the group of employees at this location really remind you of what good customer service and friendly retail employees used to be like inside a store.

They are attentive, friendly and provide a great shopping experience as they don't hover yet are quickly accessible when needed which makes shopping here a lot more enjoyable than most retails stores today.

Great job from their management and sales team!
