“Crystal was AMAZING!!! I needed a battery but no other location would put it in for me, I tried 3 different locations and they all told me it would be too difficult and they couldn't do it. I called Crystal, expecting the same response and she told me to bring it to her so she could take a look. I get there and there was a young man that was willing to try, but he couldn't figure it out, so Crystal came out and in a matter of like 5 minutes, my battery was in and I was on my way. Just AMAZING customer service, she deserves 3 raises since 3 other stores weren't even willing to try. In a world where customer service barely exists anymore, she deserves to be acknowledged and rewarded! Thank you Crystal!!😊”

“I went to Wayne Hyundai looking for a car for my mom that we saw online. We met with Ralph and he showed us the vehicle. My mom instantly felt comfortable with him (he spoke Italian and so do we). He was super nice and helpful and the dealership was so clean. When we went to pick up the car they had it cleaned and it was spotless. The whole experience was great.
