Soft Water Plus

I have been using Soft Water Plus for all of my PVB, water softener, reverse osmosis, and water heater needs for the last 5 years and I'm always pleased with their service. The techs are knowledge and professional and always get the job done quickly and correctly the first time. And Lisa who does the scheduling and communication is always a joy and so lovely to work with. Can't recommend them enough!

Talked to Pete and he was honest and his units are priced as they should be. He is a straight up guy and his employees are very respectful and knowledgeable. The install was very clean and went without any problems. I would recommend them to anyone who needs soft water or a home filtration system

Soft Water Plus is an outstanding company! The customer service is beyond your expectations. Pete the owner is the nicest guy you will ever meet! Their prices are below all quotes I get yet their customer service is far better!! They use American made products with great warranties and really take a lot of pride in their work. Today Angel replaced my soft water system, checked my water heater for free and replaced 6 water filters. He was so professional, respectful and hard working. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood. He cleaned up to perfection. The experience could not have gone better! I am so grateful to this company. They always take great care of me for the best price in town!!

Moving is always hectic and there are a million different things to keep track of and research. Purchasing an RO system and water softener was on my to do list but I didn’t have the time or energy to do a deep dive into what I wanted or needed for these systems. Enter Pete. I told him some basic information, size of the house, number of bathrooms, number of people, and most importantly, I wasn’t looking for the Cadillac of systems I just wanted one that works. He knew exactly how to address our needs and offered enough Choices to make sure I picked what was right for my family but simplified the selection so I was not overwhelmed.

I placed my order and within a week, despite the holiday season, we had an installation appointment on the books.
