“I often went to one in the far west valley, even after changing locations due to my comfort zone. I finally caved and began coming to this location. It took a little time to get adjusted but the staff made it so easy by always being available to answer any questions. This gym is SO CLEAN!!! Bathroom are spotless, as well. I tend to go before the sun rises, to avoid the heavy crowds and pretty much, have the gym almost empty. Staff is always helpful but I have to add, that one stands out: Gabe. Whenever I need a mat, before I even fully approach the front desk, he is ready with one at hand with a “enjoy your workout” always expressed. Other staff, is usually there but I tend to wait a tiny bit longer. Even with a mask on, I know he’s smiling; very friendly and ready to help. I enjoy seeing him there with his cheeriness in the mornings—great hospitality. My only down would be other people working out, who tend to forget to put their weights back, or are sharing the latest gossip out loud or who don’t clean machines after use. But like mentioned, this team is almost always cleaning. Great job guys!!!”

“Burn gets all of the stars! I came to work out just a little and immediately I was coming more than I ever thought I would! Everyone is so nice and encouraging, including the others working out Along side you. The coaches push you to be the best you can be with guidance and structure. Taking the stress away of thinking about what to do next. There are themed weeks, event workouts and just an all around positive fun environment. I could rave all day about it but you should just come see for yourself!”

“I am astounded at the generosity and kindness of this first-class gym! My son (who is from Tucson) was at a tournament with the wrong headgear. I called hoping they could point me to a place to go buy some. Instead, Nylin had one of her competitors call us to offer to loan us his headgear! She went above and beyond for a total stranger! And her competitor called us RIGHT AWAY! UNBELIEVABLY NICE! If we lived in Phoenix this would be our place. WOW!!”
