“There were some hiccups in getting the spa delivered on time due to a machine breaking down during the manufacturing step. However once it arrived it has exceeded our expectations. It has easy access (we are in our 80’s) and it is not jut a hot tub. In my opinion it provide massage therapy we love everything about the spa especially the folding top The sales person was very helpful and kept us updated I highly recommend this spa”
