My kids are 16months 10years 12years.and its me and my husband.we just love it they are so friendly and helpful.the place is ALWAYS clean. The kids watch is amazing.my daughter loves going to the YMCA. She gets all excited when we get to the front door.my boys love it also because we get to work out together as a family. “Sucked rude dirty unprofessional slow no experience in customer service never gonna go to vallero again spend your money else where I went to that store constantly and always had the pleasure to meet (Sophia) ever time I tried to go and buy something put some glass anything she denies it I'm not rude I don't say anything to her she was offended when she saw me getting a fountain drink and there was straws and the counter before I arrived I was serving myself some soda and I accidently dropped a straw on the ground straw that was on the edge and she got really upset saying it ain't her job to clean up after me in a really rude tone I responded it's your job to maintain a clean store environment that's all I said the whole time she was insulting me and didn't want to give me service I even pick up the straws on the floor not just the one I dropped. You guys lost a customer 👎”
