Once we decided to go with them, Victor took the time to meet us at the granite supplier more than once, and walked us through the warehouse so we could select our stone. Victor knew everyone at the warehouse and got us a good price on a beautiful slab of quartzite. The installation went flawlessly, was finished on time, and the finished product is awesome! They came back out a couple of months later and installed a backsplash of the same quartzite; again, on time and beautifully done. What a change the countertop made in our house! “I came in today looking for a high end office chair. I knew this was supposed to be a "recycled office furniture" place but the condition of the office chair that I wanted to buy was basically brand new. The grains on the armrest were as if they were never touched and the leather on the seat and backrest were in perfect condition with no wear. The chair was extremely clean. The price range for the same chair will vary depending on the condition of the chair. From browsing their warehouse, the conditions seem to vary from used to practically brand new. Some may have scratches on the frame and base or they might have worn armrests and others may be in almost perfect condition. If you don't care about getting a chair in pristine condition, you can save a lot more money. I'd like to add that I'm usually the type of person to buy things brand new. The idea of buying a "used" office chair seemed off-putting at first since I think of used chairs as chairs with dirty stains and scratches. But when I saw that some of the office chairs I wanted retail in the thousands brand new, I quickly changed my mind and decided to give this place a try. And I am glad I did. This place has definitely set the bar high for "recycled furniture", if you can even call it that.”

“I can’t say enough about Shelf Theory and how they “came to the rescue!” We’ve been in our house for over ten years now, and have struggled with our pantry since Day 1. It’s a good-sized pantry, but it is very deep and dark. It originally had three shelves on the bottom and two on the top section (too high to reach even with a step-stool). The height and depth of the three shelves on the bottom section could not be utilized because we could not see or reach in the back. Anything that fell to the back would be hidden, forgotten, and had to be thrown out when finally discovered. Everyone on the Shelf Theory team was very professional, courteous, and super helpful — from setting up the free estimate to final installation. Chris even told us that the “faux drawer” under our gas range could be converted to a fully functional utility drawer, and that adding a slide-out shelf under the kitchen sink would give more functional use of space there. The quality of their products and their workmanship are top-notch! Now I enjoy going into the pantry to find what I need, I love having a nice, wide drawer for my cooking utensils, and enjoy having more efficient use of our under-sink space. My husband and I were so pleased with their product quality and workmanship that we asked them to come back out to add their high quality, self-closing sliders to all our kitchen drawers.
