“ACE packaging is the place to go for your bulk packaging needs. Today, I received an late order from a major online retailer... let sent me the wrong bubble mailers that were far to small. Since they were late, we had 100 orders waiting to go out. I searched for bulk packaging stores nearby and ACE packaging came up. Upon calling, the lady was super cool and understanding of my situation and need for mailers today. She checked to make sure they had them in stock and told me that she would wait for me to arrive as they were about to close. Thirty minutes later, I pulled into the lot and she came walking out with my bubble mailers - all 500 of them! I was blown away that she was so willing to wait a couple extra minutes to get me the items that I needed. This kind of service is hard to find and should be commended. She could have easily said come back in the morning, but instead she went out of the way to make sure I got what I needed. Due to her actions, over 200 more face mask will be going out all over the world first thing in the morning. Thank you for supporting our small business and getting us the items we needed. And YES, we will be coming to you from now on for all of our box needs.”
