I gave it this rating because of the Dominican Republic salesperson who took care of me. He was recently hired and did a wonderful job. He multitask and helped so many customers. I forgot to get his name, but kudos for him!!

I went yesterday to get a new battery for my key fob I wanted the person to put it in for me because I didn't know what I was doing and they said that they were able to on the commercial but they did not put the battery in from you I had someone on the outside of the building do it for a small fee $5

Went to AutoZone to get wipers and other things for my car. I needed the handicap parking, but the parking lot was full. Thankfully, there was security there who was so helpful in getting me the parking that I needed. Then after getting on the line to get my items the clerks at the counter was so very helpful in getting me what I needed and out of the store. I was so amazed that the same clerk was also so very kind enough to come out to my car and put both wipers on the windshield for me. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Even though the parking lot was full of cars the workers in the store kept the customers moving so you didn't have to wait very long on line to get what you needed.
