Discovered serenity at Monterey Park. Its pristine upkeep and lush surroundings made for a calming escape. Families picnicked under the shady trees, kids laughed on the playground, and the air was filled with contentment. An oasis of tranquility in the city – Monterey Park is my new favorite spot for unwinding.
Clean, quiet, 2 difficulty levels with the kids playground. Minimal bathrooms but glad to have them.
We really enjoyed this park. It was clean, quiet, not overcrowded, no animals running lose, and best of all, we were able to let the kids play in the grass and didn't have to worry about stepping in or "dodging landmines." (If you know what I mean! Lol)
It was a pleasure to be there!
Plain little park with a baseball field in the middle, and a little kiddie play section tucked in the corner.
A few homeless people are out there as some has said, but they do not bother anyone.
It is a nice little place for a short jog and I favor it ebcasue it has sand to cushion the knee/foot joints when jogging.
I have not been in the bathroom, but by sounds of flushing and running water I assume it's workable.
